Who handles your information
Mominrmlw is the portfolio of Momin Alramlawi. For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact connect@mominrmlw.com.
Project inquiries
When you contact me, I receive your name, email address, project type, goal, message and submission time. I use these details to respond, discuss your project and manage the resulting correspondence. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
How information is used
Information is used to handle the inquiry you requested, take steps toward a potential project, and protect the website against misuse. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, responding to a requested project discussion can involve pre-contractual steps; website security and ordinary business correspondence may involve legitimate interests. Any future marketing subscription would be separate.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, delivers media, stores project-view counts in D1 and forwards email addressed to connect@mominrmlw.com. Resend sends inquiry notifications and automatic confirmations. Google Gmail is used to receive and manage correspondence. These providers process information needed to deliver their services, including technical information such as IP addresses and delivery logs. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
Project views and browser storage
Project pages use a random identifier stored in your browser under portfolio-visitor to avoid counting repeat visits to the same project on the same UTC day. The identifier and project slug are sent to the view-count endpoint. The application stores a daily, project-specific hash rather than the raw identifier or your IP address in its view-count database. This is pseudonymous, not a promise of complete anonymity. The current tracker respects the browser Do Not Track signal. The identifier has no automatic browser expiry; you can remove it by clearing this site's storage.
How long information stays
Inquiry correspondence is retained in the business inbox while needed for the discussion, project administration or applicable record-keeping and legal needs. There is no automatic deletion schedule for inquiry emails in this website. You can request deletion using the address below; some records may need to be retained where law permits or requires it. Older daily view hashes are removed when the next view is recorded on a later UTC day; aggregate project counts remain. Provider logs and backups follow each provider's retention settings and policies.
Your choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, restrict processing, or object to certain uses. Contact me to make a request; identity verification may be needed. You may also complain to the data protection authority responsible for your location. You can contact me by email instead of using the form.

Links to LinkedIn, Upwork, Behance, Vimeo and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice may be updated when the website or its data handling changes. The date below identifies the latest revision.
